Video files can take a few minutes to upload, even on a Broadband connection, check your status bar at the bottom of your browser to monitor the progress of the upload. After its finished uploading it will then be converted into an FLV and this can take a couple of minutes in itself (depending on the filetype you've uploaded). Please do not click submit again or close the browser at this point as its almost completed. You may think the page has crashed, but this is unlikely - and if there is a genuine error on the page you will be greeted with a Page Cannot Be Displayed message.
